Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We use Paypal for all of our transactions. When you check out, you may pay via Credit/Debit card, or via existing funds in your Paypal account. Most importantly, all of your orders are 100% safe and protected by Paypal! We guarantee that you get what you pay for, or your money back!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship to international locations.



Q: Do you offer any return policy on the products? Is there any difference with the picture?
A: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of package. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please pack the item in its original condition and contact us before returning any item. Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable. In order to ensure the consistence between real products and pictures, the website displayed pictures are real product photography, but product brightness, color are slightly different.



Q: If I would like to modify an existing product or create a new design, what should I do?
A: You need to provide us with the following details:

Our original product number or a clear image of your new design (photograph or drawing)

Detailed color scheme description

The detailed description of materials that you want to use

Detailed description of product’s specification and shape, purpose (e.g. general sale, promotion campaign, etc.)

Order quantity



Q: Can you make any other animals?
A: Yes, we can create anything! We have created tigers, lions, cow, rooster, mouse, pig, horse.....all kinds of animals. Please feel free to make a request!



Q: What are the specifications of the mascot costumes?
The costumes are manufactured in accordance with the costume regulations, and are made of high quality imitation fur. They are made without any hard elements to avoid injury and are extremely durable.



Q: Do you pay for the shipping, and what shipping methods do you offer?
EMS Express Shipping is provided free of charge to the countries listed on the shipping information page. We also offer DHL and other shipping carriers for an additional price; please contact us if you prefer other carriers. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for additional information.



Q: I've been down one order, but I forgot to set some things, and I also wish to add something, what shall I do?
You can contact our customer service within 24 hours after you ordered, and if the package has not yet been shipped, we can gladly modify the order.



Q: Before a product price decreasing, I have bought some, and the price is higher than international price, I wonder if you can return the difference to me?
Companies offer prices according to the cost of raw materials or changes in market supply and demand, price cuts or price increases can sometimes be the case. So we make it a rule that the purchased price is the final price.



Q: Can I be sure that I will be able to receive my item?
Rest assured, all of our orders are carefully produced, packaged and checked before shipping. Tracking number will be provided to you. This is to ensure that our customers will receive quality products from us. Moreover, our sales reps or customer service staffs are always here when you need us



Q: What do I do if there are products missing from the delivery?
We double check orders when dispatching to minimize the chance of this happening. In the unlikely event that you have something missing, please notify us preferably on the same day of delivery but in any event no later than 3 days after delivery has been made. We will then look into how and when your order was dispatched and replace the missing product if found to be at fault.



Q: How many discounts can you offer?
It depends on the quantity you orders and whether you have ordered products from us before. Also, the choice of transportation type is related. Who pay for the transportation fee and who bear the insurance and the risk are the decided factors.



Q: How do I get a replacement item due to a lost or damaged package by the SHIPPINGING CARRIER?
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective due to a shipping carrier fault, we will ship out a new package.


Q: I have question that wasn't answered in this FAQ, how can I do?

Q: Can I get just a mascot Head and not the entire costume?
Yes! Heads, bodies, feet...all costume parts are available as separates. Just contact us for pricing.



Q: Can I get the Head from one mascot on your website and the body from another one?
Yes! We would be happy to switch heads and bodies...even parts of bodies. For example, the head from that Hornet, the wings from another Hornet, the feet from the Pioneer and the jersey from the Hawk. Just tell us what you'd like and we'll calculate the price for you.



Q: Can I see a rendering of our custom mascot?
Yes! What's more, if you order your custom-made mascot from CM, Our computer officers can email you a rendering of what your mascot will look like subject to your approval before any fabric is cut. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with the proposed design. Once approved, if you wish, we can send you digital updates on your mascot while it's in production to assure that you are pleased with its progress.
